How do I return an item? Items that have not been used or damaged, and that remain within the original undamaged packing with all tags still attached, may be returned within 10 days of receipt for full refund (excluding shipping and handling). Customer is responsible for insuring and shipping costs of return package. Sale Items can not be returned. Items should be sent to:
